Shipping policy

Thank You for Shopping with Cocky Cat Tees! The following is our Shipping Policy where you can find answers to questions you have about shipping times and rates. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing Time 

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are expecting a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed a couple of days. If there is a significant delay on your order, we will contact you via email.  

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

USA - Shipping up to 2-5 business days. Shipping Rate $4.35 with additional items being $2.20.

Canada - Shipping up to 10-30 business days. Shipping Rate $8.50 with additional items being $4.00.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Cocky Cat Tees are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Cocky Cat Tees are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact United States Postal Service to file a claim. 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. 

International Shipping Policy

Shipping costs for orders outside of the U.S and Canada are calculated at checkout.
